Parcel B is a vacant parcel and has a proposed measurement of 300 feet on N. Mission Rd. Lot sizes are flexible. Parcel B will be required to obtain a survey to provide legal ID and description. Parcel B will also be subject to the approval of the Land Division Act. Parcels will be leveled to building grade.
